We are launching an AI assistant as part of our efforts to support great governance in the sector.

It's currently available to all users with a Knowledge subscription in beta form, for testing and feedback. It's linked to our guidance and articles, where much of the advice and support will come from.

How does it work?

It’s essentially a friendly helper built right into GovernorHub, which can find answers to any of your governance questions.

Instant response. No more wondering where the information might be held in GovernorHub Knowledge. Ask a question and let it find the answer for you
Reassurance. Advice is based on trusted, regularly updated guidance from GovernorHub Knowledge and will always reference links to the original content so you can check its answers too.
Advice, where and when you need it. In a meeting needing clarification? Up late writing a report needing inspiration? Prepping a visit looking for questions to ask? Our AI assistant is ready and waiting to help.

No personal data needed. We don’t give our AI Assistant your personal information.

How to provide feedback

The feature is in beta mode, for testing and feedback, so we're keen to hear about your experience of the tool.

You can let us know what you think, good and bad, either in the assistant itself (click on the 👍 or the 👎 after any response) or tell us more using the blue chat bubble.

We're keen to know more about your overall experience of using the AI assistant: how you find it, what you're using it for, whether it's helping and saving you time, what might improve it etc.

I am new to my Parent Governor role and am still very much learning the ropes. I'd like to see how using the AI tool can help me broaden my knowledge of governance in a school setting, and also to help answer any questions I may have.

I think that by becoming involved as I tester I can be more effective as a Governor.Keeping up to date and getting best information are crucial. Often find it time consuming andhard to find what I’m looking for.
